When you need service, simply call or email Marco. Our online portal makes it easy to send a service request, order supplies and check your account history in real time. In fact, the client support web portal allows you to place service calls and order supplies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

And when you enter that service request, we are there for you. Our full-time Support Desk representatives maintain a 95% live-call answer rate and resolve 95% of network service issues remotely. If on-site service is needed, one of our technical representatives will be there to resolve the problem.

We’re Proactive – Preventative Maintenance

At Marco, we like to be proactive with your technology. We do this through scheduled preventative maintenance, monitoring, reporting, remote management, alerting, security updating, and more.

Preventative maintenance is performed at predetermined intervals per machine, in accordance to manufacturer recommended service schedules. When our trained technicians are dispatched on-site, they assess the service need, resolve immediate issues and perform a 10-point maintenance check, leaving you with peace of mind.

Repairs Made Easy

Ever dread calling a vendor to repair a device? Have you waited weeks for a new part or replacement machine? With Marco, repairs are easy. We don’t make you wait or refuse to replace machines that just aren’t cooperating. Instead, we come right to your location with a van full of stocked parts and get to work fixing your devices.

If the issue continues, Marco replaces the copier or printer with a comparable device for no additional charge. As long as devices are not end of life, Marco works with you to repair or sometimes an upgrade is the smarter choice. Your technicians and technology team will know the best solutions for you.

Did we mention we have stocked parts? Each technician is equipped with an appropriate stock of parts that will maximize customers’ uptime. In most cases, any parts that your technician does not have in his/her van stock can be retrieved the same day from one of our locations.
